I was a little cautious at first since I always pay attention to how secure a site feels before entering payment info, but checkout on beysandbricks.com was totally fine. They had a few payment options, everything went through smoothly, and nothing felt sketchy or overly complicated. Always nice when a site makes paying easy without giving you a reason to worry.

Some pieces were missing from my order, and they did get sent out later, so I’ll give them credit for fixing it. It was a bit slow though, and what bothered me most was getting inconsistent answers whenever I asked for an update. One person would say one thing, then someone else would say something different. In the end it worked out okay, but the whole process could’ve been smoother...

My order showed up in good condition, so no issues there, but the shipping took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience, I just wish the instructions or updates along the way were clearer so I had a better idea of what was going on.
